Joan: The City Council has done very little over the last few years and what they have accomplished, in my opinion, has been embarrassing and that is a fact.

This is also the first episode with Diane! I wonder if she'll contribute to Bechdel-passing conversations, or if she'll only talk about Ron with other characters...?
